Sauerkraut Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, washed and drained
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. finely cut celery
4 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. wine or cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in salad bowl; toss lightly and serve. Complements any meat, but especially good with ham, pork and sausages.
