Beer Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ketchup
    1 lb. brown sugar
    2 lb. hot dogs
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
Preparation
    Mix ketchup and brown sugar together in a slow cooker.
    Cut hot dogs into bite size pieces; add to mixture.
    Bring to a high simmer.
    Add 1/2 to 3/4 can of beer.
    Turn slow cooker to medium heat; cook, uncovered, for 4 or more hours, until thickened.
