Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing
    28 oz. tomatoes, stewed
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat with onions; drain.
    Mix taco seasoning with 1 cup water, then mix Ranch dressing with 1 cup water.
    Mix all ingredients together in large cooker and simmer 45 minutes.
    Top with nachos and grated Cheddar cheese.
