Dorothy'S Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. riced potatoes
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cool potatoes, preferably overnight.
    Add 1 cup flour to this mixture and divide into small portions to be rolled out.
    Use a sleeve on your rolling pin.
    Roll out on a pastry cloth.
