Lemon Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Beat egg whites together with cream of tartar.
When stiff, add sugar and beat.
Fold into cooked mixture and fill baked pie shell.
Brown in 450\u00b0 oven.
