Brunch In A Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place hash browns in slightly greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Layer cooked sausage over hash browns.
Mix next 3 ingredients and pour over sausage.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, covered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more or until set and lightly browned.
Serves 8.
