Frosted Strawberry Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add vanilla ice cream, stirring until melted.
Chill until partially set.
Fold strawberries into gelatin mixture.
Pour into 6-cup ring mold and chill until firm.
