Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, at room temperature
    2 eggs, at room temperature
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 packet Sweet 'N Low or heaping tsp. sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Put oven rack on bottom shelf.
    Mix the first 5 ingredients.
    Add flour.
    Mix until only pea size lumps remain (like pancake batter).
    Pour into Teflon muffin tins or spray regular tins with cooking spray.
    Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 20 minutes. Do not peek.
    Remove from oven and cool in tin for a few minutes before serving.
