Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breasts
    flour
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cube the meat from raw chicken breasts.
    Roll in flour.
    Heat 2 tablespoons shortening in skillet and brown meat well on all sides.
    Add mushrooms (drained).
    Remove from heat.
    Add paprika and blend.
    Combine onion soup, sour cream and water.
    Pour over meat.
    Pour into casserole; cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
    Serves 6.
