Mother'S Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream the first 2 ingredients; add 4 eggs, one at a time. Mix dry ingredients together and add to other mixture, alternating the dry ingredients and buttermilk. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into a well-greased tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
