Tong'S Egg Rolls(30) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 eggs
    5 to 6 carrots (large)
    2 lb. hamburg
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. Accent or m.s.g.
    cabbage (if you like about 1 c.)
    2 to 3 oz. Chinese noodles (if you like)
Preparation
    Grind this all up as you would for cole slaw.
    Cut onion up in small pieces.
    Mix together real good.
    Egg roll skins at Eberhard or Krogers.
    Medium heat in deep fryer Wesson oil or Crisco 15 to 20 minutes; turn until done.
    If they turn dark brown, turn heat down.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Can freeze them, too.
