Spanish Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2/3 C. oil
2 C. self-rising corn meal
1 C. milk
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1 C. onions, chopped
1 C. green pepper, chopped
1 C. cream corn
1 C. cheese, shredded
4 ripe bananas, cut up
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
4 eggs
3 C. self-rising flour
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. nuts, mixed in flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes.
