Hot Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. spinach liquid
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese, cut in small chunks
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook spinach.
    Drain and reserve liquid.
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Add flour until blended and smooth but not brown.
    Add spinach liquid and milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
    Cook until smooth and thick.
    Add rest of the ingredients and combine with cooked spinach.
    Put in a casserole and top with buttered crumbs.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until hot.
