Honey Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine 1 tablespoon vinegar and enough milk to make 1 cup; set aside.
    Stir cooking oil into sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat 1 minute at medium speed of electric mixer.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour milk.
    Beat 1 minute more.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour into greased 10-inch fluted tube pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Poke holes in hot cake.
    Drizzle with honey syrup:
    Boil together 1/4 cup honey, 1 teaspoon water and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
