Light Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 eggs
3 c. flour
Preparation

Scald milk and let cool.
Stir in sugar, shortening and salt. Dissolve yeast in warm water and beat in egg. Combine with milk and beat well.
Sift in flour or enough to make a soft dough.
Mix well and place in a greased bowl. Cover and allow to rise. Spoon into muffin tin.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
