Grilled Fish Steaks With Ginger, Honey And Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fish steaks (such as swordfish, tuna or salmon)
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Combine mustard, mayonnaise, ginger and honey in bowl.
    In a large, shallow dish, coat fish with mustard mixture on both sides. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator while preparing grill.
    When coals are hot, grill fish on oiled grid, about 5 minutes per side, turning once.
    Serves 4.
