Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions
3 lb. ground beef or lamb
2 (15 oz.) cans beans *
1 large can tomato juice
1 (15 oz.) can diced/cut tomatoes *
chili powder
garlic powder
red pepper (cayenne pepper)
Preparation

Cook meat and onions together, adding garlic and red pepper to taste.
Combine beans, tomato juice, tomatoes, meat and onions in pot.
Add 10 teaspoons chili powder (or to taste).
Simmer two hours.
