Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground basil
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
    8 oz. sour cream
    12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in small amount of fat.
    Brown lean ground beef.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, onion-garlic mixture, parsley, sugar, salt and ground basil and cook until thick.
    Cook lasagne noodles according to package directions.
