Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium baking potatoes
2 sticks butter
1 c. half and half
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. white pepper
3/4 c. green onions and tops, chopped finely
1 c. mild cheese, grated
Preparation

Scrub potatoes well and bake in a 450\u00b0 oven, until thoroughly done.
Cut potatoes lengthwise, scoop out the pulp and mash with butter, cream, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Add onions. Fill the reserved shells with the mixture and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
