Rum Pudding(Rompudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    3 egg yolks
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    salt
    2 Tbsp. rum
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes.
    Dissolve completely over hot water.
    Beat eggs until foamy; add sugar gradually, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add gelatin, salt and rum.
    Cool in refrigerator until mixture begins to thicken.
    Add whipped cream, gently folding into mixture.
    Chill until firm. Serve with a sauce made of sweetened fruit (raspberries thickened with cornstarch).
