Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can Mexican chili beans, drained and chilled
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. Fritos, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Combine lettuce, onion, chili beans and cheese.
    Add tomatoes and Fritos just before serving.
    Toss salad with dressing.
    Yields 20 servings.
