Ingredients

1 Tbsp. rice
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. sugar or according to taste
Preparation

Soak the rice in water until fairly soft, then grind to paste. Bring milk to boil.
Add sugar and rice paste, stirring until well blended.
Cook on low fire until desired consistency is reached. Chill before serving.
Garnish with fine shredded pistachios and almonds.
