Foil Dinners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
    4 carrots, thinly sliced
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place frozen peas in colander and run cold water over just until broken apart.
    Tear off 4 pieces of heavy-duty foil, each about 18 x 15-inch.
    On the center of each, place pieces of carrot, potato and meat.
    Stir together mushroom soup and onion soup mix.
    Spoon over foil mixtures.
    Top with peas.
    Close foil securely.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake 50 minutes or until meat is done.
