Sweet Potato Custard Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine ingredients and pour into pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then about 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until center is set and tests done.
