Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick melted margarine
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix nuts and coconut.
Spread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare cake mix according to package, except use milk instead of water.
Pour in pan over nuts and coconut.
Whip together cream cheese, sour cream, margarine, sugar and vanilla. Pour gently over cake batter.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Take out of oven and leave in pan for 15 minutes.
Then turn out on waxed paper.
