Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. 11 oz. rolled oats (quick cooking)
    2 1/2 lb. brown sugar
    1 lb. 10 oz. peanut granules
    1 qt. raisins
    1/3 c. coconut
    4 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. vegetable oil
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Pour vegetable oil and water over dry ingredients; mix well.
    Spread thinly on sheet (18 x 26-inches).
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring twice to toast evenly.
    Let cool.
    Serve with milk as a presweetened ready to-eat cereal or serve dry as a snack.
