Corn Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped raw onions
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. canned corn
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat egg.
    Stir in zucchini, onion, butter, milk, corn and cheese.
    Pour into greased quart baking dish. Cover and microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until set in center.
    Sprinkle with crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika. Microwave one additional minute.
    If serving later, microwave an additional 5 minutes before serving.
