Pork And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 to 1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Fry and crumble sausage; drain fat.
    Stir in all ingredients. Put mixture in casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Grated cheese may be added to mix.
