Baked Pineapple Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice
4 c. crushed pineapple
11 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

Boil the rice.
Drain the crushed pineapple.
Place in a buttered baking dish 1/4 of the rice; cover with 1/2 of the pineapple.
Repeat the layer.
Place last of rice on top.
Dot each layer with butter and brown sugar.
Pour pineapple juice over top and bake covered for 1 hour, or until brown, at 350\u00b0.
