Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can tomato soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. mushroom pieces with juice (optional)
1 pkg. smallest egg noodles
salt
pepper
garlic
Preparation

Brown chicken in 1 tablespoon margarine.
Add soup and sour cream slowly until well blended, then add mushroom pieces with juice.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve over cooked noodles.
