No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up (I prefer 4 boneless chicken breasts)
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Put rice in bottom of baking dish (9 x 13). Add celery and 1/2 onion soup mix. Add cream of mushroom soup, then hot water and mix well. Place chicken on top, then shake the other half of onion soup mix on top of chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
