Chicken Stir-Fry(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. ginger (fresh) or 1 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 c. snow peas
1 medium red bell pepper, in thin strips (1 c.)
3/4 c. sliced green onion
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

In shallow glass bowl, combine orange juice and cornstarch. Mix well.
Stir in chicken.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Drain chicken. Discard juice.
In small bowl, combine broth and soy sauce.
Set aside.
