Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2 c. flour
3 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine shortening, sugar and egg.
Add molasses, flour, ginger, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Combine until smooth.
Shape dough into balls.
Roll in sugar.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
