Refreshing Light Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can Pet milk, refrigerated
1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (raspberry, strawberry or peach)
1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water; add sugar and lemon juice.
Set aside.
Beat Pet milk with electric mixer until frothy.
Add gelatin and beat until stiff (peaks form).
Pour into crust. Chill 4 hours or until firm.
