Tomato Salad(Insalata Di Pomodori) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large ripe tomatoes (firm)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    4 basil leaves (fresh)
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes into wedges
    and
    arrange
    in
    large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and gently toss.
    Prepare at least 2 hours before serving.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
