Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat vinegar and salad oil; add sugar, stir until dissolved. Cool.
    Pour over kraut and rest of ingredients.
    Keep in refrigerator 24 hours.
    Very good with meat and poultry.
