Peanut Butter Ice Cream #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy)
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine sugar, peanut butter and milk in blender or mixer; mix until smooth.
    Pour into 1-gallon ice cream freezer.
    Add enough homogenized milk to reach fill line.
    Freeze with ice and ice cream salt.
    Makes 1 gallon.
