Jello Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Jell-O (lemon or lime)
1/2 c. sugar
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
14 graham crackers, crushed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

Prepare Jell-O and let set (not too solid) and whip.
Add 1/2 cup sugar, rind and juice of lemon.
Whip evaporated milk and mix with Jell-O mixture.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar and shortening.
Cover pan.
Sprinkle a few nuts on top and a little of graham cracker mixture.
Form graham cracker mix in 8-inch pie plate.
Refrigerate.
