Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. cottage cheese
2 sticks oleo, melted
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
