Peppermint Brownie Meltaways - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pack brownie mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. powdered sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    about 2 Tbsp. milk
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix brownie mix, water, oil and egg.
    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, bake for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix powdered sugar, 1/3 cup of butter and peppermint extract.
    Stir in milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until spreading consistency.
    Spread over brownies.
    Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until frosting is firm. Heat chocolate and 2 teaspoons butter until melted.
    Drizzle evenly over frosting; spread evenly.
    Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
    Cut into 1 1/2 or 2-inch squares. Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 48 or 24 brownies.
