Country Fried Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 to 1 1/2 pt. whole milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drop meat pieces into whole milk and let stand for 15 minutes. Remove from milk and dip into flour, coating each piece well. Sprinkle with pepper.
    Drop into deep hot oil and fry quickly until brown on both sides.
