Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. onion
    1 egg
    2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Use leftover mashed potatoes from refrigerator.
    For every two cups potatoes, add 4 tablespoons flour, 1/2 cup onion and 1 egg. Stir ingredients and make into patties.
    Fry in skillet until brown on each side.
