Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw regular rice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce (Italian style)
    2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. cooked shrimp
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice until golden brown in skillet in cooking oil.
    Add tomato sauce, water, lemon juice, shrimp, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 35 minutes or until rice is done.
