Iris' Brown Sugar Maple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    5 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (black walnuts are best)
    1 c. milk
    3 1/4 c. plain flour (save 1/4 c. to coat nuts)
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine, and oil until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating until mixed.
    Add flour and salt, alternating with the milk; beat until smooth.
    Add nuts coated with flour and flavoring.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
