Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 chopped green onions
    2 chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell peppers
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings or oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs; set aside.
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Then add creamed corn, beaten eggs, the buttermilk and then chopped ingredients.
    Stir all together.
    Fold in cheese.
    Bake in a greased and floured sheet pan or in muffin tins at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
