Mile High Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites (at room temperature)
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 pkg. partly thawed frozen strawberries
1 1/2 c. frozen whipped desert topping
2 baked (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation

Put egg whites, sugar, lemon juice, salt and strawberries in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at high speed in mixer for 15 minutes. Fold in dessert topping.
Pour into pie shells and freeze.
Makes 2 pies.
Garnish with fresh strawberries.
