Martha'S Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

    7 medium potatoes, boiled in skins and diced after peeling
    1 onion, diced
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 small can pimento
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    crushed corn flakes (for topping)
