Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 sliced carrots
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1 soup can water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a roaster.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then at 250\u00b0 for 3 to 5 hours.
    Can be doubled or frozen.
