Creamed Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen sprouts
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    milk
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    4 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Boil sprouts and celery in salt water, drain and save liquid. Measure liquid and add milk to make 1 3/4 cups.
    Blend butter and flour and mix with liquid.
    Cook and stir until thick, add nutmeg. Combine vegetables and sauce.
    Top with cheese and brown.
    Serve at once.
