Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. broccoli, undercooked and cut in small pieces
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can chopped mushrooms
    2 eggs, beaten
    20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cracker crumbs and cheese, and put in casserole dish.
    Mix crackers and cheese.
    Put 2/3 cup on top of broccoli mixture and fold in.
    Sprinkle remainder on top and dot with butter.
    Bake 30 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
